Sparqly Control
Governance, Compliance and Migration
Tenant isolation, access controls, privacy rights, evidence, commissioning, migration, and offboarding — the controls that keep every material action explainable.

How it works
Sparqly Control in three parts.
Two records on every mutation
A change writes an audit log entry — actor, before, after, IP, and context — and an evidence record that chains the event into its wider story, so the chain from session to receipt to settlement to payout is a thread, not a reconstruction.
Commissioning is governed
New sites and assets move through a guided wizard with checklist templates, verification checks, and required approver sign-off. Asset state moves planned to commissioning to commissioned to active.
Migration and offboarding are first-class
The migration toolkit moves data with dry-run mode, conflict detection, readiness scoring, and rollback. Tenant offboarding runs impact analysis up front and holds data through a retention grace period.
