Pricing that is versioned and explainable
The tariff engine composes energy, time, idle, and flat components with tiered and time-of-use rules. Tariffs and price books are versioned, and the price applied to a session is snapshotted at transaction time.
Failed reconciliation is a queue
A session that does not reconcile cleanly surfaces in the exception queue with the reason attached — meter delta, tariff conflict, unsettled PSP, zero-billed energy — and carries a write-off lifecycle backed by evidence.
Settlement closes the loop
Partner and network settlement runs draft to ready to paid on the same evidence chain, calculating commercial terms and producing a traceable payout reference. T+1 close is supported without hiding variances, reversals, disputes, or VAT treatment.
