Grow through distributors without losing control
A distributor account can provision and administer multiple sub-CPO tenants while commercial ownership stays separate from each operator's regulatory identity. Every tenant keeps its own data boundary, permissions, brand, and operating context.
Give each partner the view they need
Site hosts, fleet managers, service companies, and roaming partners work through role- and location-scoped portals. They can see the sites, sessions, service work, revenue, and settlement evidence assigned to them — never the rest of the network.
Roam across your own network
Member credentials can authorize at another member CPO under an approved bilateral agreement, without forcing the session through an external roaming hub. Sparqly preserves home and visited records, applies the visited tariff and agreed fees, then clears wallets, VAT, disputes, and payouts.
